We are committed to supporting our vocational students and graduates in achieving career success through personalized career assistance. Our experienced Career Services team is available throughout your training and continues to offer guidance after graduation. While we provide comprehensive support, please note that career services do not guarantee employment.
Early career development is encouraged for all vocational students. Support is offered through one-on-one sessions, group workshops, and online resources. Services include assistance with:
Students can take advantage of these services even while enrolled. However, in-field or related-field employment assistance typically begins towards the end of your program when necessary skills, certifications, or licenses are in place.
By staying engaged with Career Services, you’ll be positioned to make the most of these opportunities.
Many programs require externships or clinical training at off-site facilities, offering hands-on experience in your field. These experiences allow students to build skills and network with potential employers. While some students receive job offers or referrals from site supervisors, externship placement is not a guarantee of employment. If not hired at the externship site, graduates continue to receive employment assistance through Career Services.
