Every program at Gwinnett College aims to turn our students into entry-level professionals. Our hands-on approach to learning lets you become an active part of your education and apply your knowledge in simulated scenarios. Each program is taught by experienced instructors who bring their unique experience to each class.
After graduation, our Career Services team is here to help ease your transition into the workforce. We offer resume support, interview preparation, and even placement assistance to provide you with the tools to succeed in your chosen career path.

Gwinnett College (formerly The Medical Arts School) is one of six campus locations owned and operated by LTT Enterprises, Inc. Gwinnett College was founded in February, 1996, by Jerry I. Goynias. Based on his experience employing massage therapists in his physical therapy pain clinic, he identified a need for massage therapists with more extensive training in anatomy and western clinical medical massage techniques. The school remained a private institution, operating under the guidance and direction of the Campus Director.
Since 1998, Gwinnett College has been accredited by the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training (ACCET). The College is approved by the North Carolina Community College System Office of Proprietary Schools Licensing and Services (The North Carolina State Board of Community Colleges is not an accrediting agency.). The North Carolina Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy has granted approval for Gwinnett College to operate its massage therapy Program. On November 1, 2006, Gwinnett College was purchased by LTT Enterprises, Inc., d.b.a. Gwinnett College. In 2015, the campus relocated to 3200 Spring Forest Road, Suite 214 in Raleigh, NC.
LTT Enterprises, Inc. was incorporated in the fall of 1985. LTT Enterprises, Inc. is comprised of six locations:
